We have advanced vacuum brazing furnace, under intelligent temperature control, it has even temperature, accurate temperature control and good brazing quality. We have special machine tools for forming the fins, with which we can produce all kinds of fins such as zigzag, multiple hole and corrugated fins. Meanwhile, we can satisfy parameters requirements of different fins such as height of fin, distance of fin and thickness of fin, argon welder for welding of aluminum alloy radiating elements and other accessories, pressure testing devices for intensity testing and gas tightness checking. We have complete equipments, advanced production technology and reliable quality. We have obtained independent export right and passed ISO9001-2008Quality system. We apply CAD technology in development and design of product, our annual output is 3000Tons. Our output value in 2011 is 50million and our real output is over 90million.
